The following pistols are the only weapons authorized for academy range training:
- Glock
- Beretta
- Sig Sauer
- Smith and Wesson
- Springfield Armory XD
- HK (USP/LEM Models only)
The pistol must be in one of the following calibers:
- 9mm
- .40
- .45
- 357 Sig
Please note:
- All weapons should be accompanied with at least three magazines for training.
- Do not purchase a weapon prior to meeting with Deputy Bowlin. There will be several weapons available for demonstration prior to purchase.
