A class all women should take. I learned so much, especially that I don't have to be a victim.

— Wendy, R.A.D. student.

R.A.D. gave me knowledge, power and skills to defend myself against an attacker and get away alive. The knowledge and confidence that I walked away with was more than empowering.

— Julie, R.A.D. student.

Excellent, useful, fun and addictive.
