TMCC's Virtual Career Fair connects students, alumni and employers, 24 hours a day. It is a convenient online version of a traditional job fair for those seeking employment and for those who searching for employees.

• Students and alumni apply directly to the employer via e-mail.
• Employers utilize the Virtual Career Fair as a convenient recruitment method and opportunity to set up career "booths" online to post jobs (free of charge) and information about their company.

This event will provide a convenient employment and recruitment method through the use of technology (Web pages and e-mail) and improve the job search and employment process.

For Students and Alumni

The virtual career fair is a convenient job search method for students and alumni who are looking for full-time positions and internships. Many students are too busy with classes and other commitments to attend traditional career fairs. Students and alumni will be able to view the positions during the fair and access position announcements 24 hours a day.
