Student Release Form

Complete a student release form whenever you wish to use a student's likeness or name in print, Web or broadcast media. Please forward a copy of the release form to the PIO office for filing purposes.

TMCC is required by the FERPA regulations for student privacy to provide the student's permission for disclosure.
