Dietetic Technician (Nutrition) Program
The Credentialing Process
Upon successful completion of all program requirements, the student will receive a "Statement of Verification" which documents eligibility for the Registration Examination for Dietetic Technician.
This examination is administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of The American Dietetic Association.
Accreditation
Truckee Meadows Community College is fully accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges. The dietetic technician program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education (CADE) of the American Dietetic Association, a specialized accrediting body recognized by the Commission on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation and the United States Department of Education.
