Due to President Obama's visit on Tuesday, Aug. 21, the deadline to pay fall fees has been moved to Thursday, Aug. 23 at 4 p.m.

 

The bookstore, cafe and library will be closed Tuesday, Aug. 21. 

RTC Bus Service will not run from 11 am until after 8 p.m.

The TMCC Dandini Campus will be closed from 11 am - 10 pm on Tuesday, Aug. 21 to visitors with the exception of those with tickets to this event. Some college services may be accessed online or by calling the campus during this time, but no walk-in traffic will be allowed due to security for the event. The TMCC Bookstore will be closed all day on Tuesday, Aug. 21 but will be open extended hours on Wednesday, Aug. 22, 8 am to 8 pm. Books may always be ordered online at http://bookstore.tmcc.edu

Parking—for all Dandini Campus
On Tuesday, all faculty, staff and students will park in the south parking lots that may be accessed off Raggio Boulevard.

Child Care Center
The TMCC Child Care Center will be open on Tuesday. Parents will be informed about modified pick-up procedures.

PRESIDENT OBAMA TO DELIVER REMARKS AT A GRASSROOTS EVENT AT TRUCKEE MEADOWS COMMUNITY COLLEGE ON DANDINI CAMPUS IN RENO
On Tuesday, August 21, President Obama will deliver remarks at a grassroots event in Reno at Truckee Meadows Community College on Dandini Campus. The President will discuss the choice in this election between two fundamentally different visions of how to grow the economy, create middle-class jobs and pay down the debt.

DOORS OPEN: 2:30 PM PDT

Ticket Distribution Information for students, employees and members of the public: Tickets are available for the President's event in Reno, NV. The event is free and open to the public, but tickets are required for entrance. One ticket per person will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. To pick up your ticket, visit one of the following locations beginning Sunday, August 19 at 11 am PDT.
