The Truckee Meadows Community College performing arts department is pleased to announce the fall 2010 season. The college will present Into The Woods by Stephen Sondheim on Oct. 15, 16, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30 at 7:30 p.m., and Oct. 24, 31 at 2 p.m., at the TMCC Nell J. Redfield Foundation Performing Arts Center. This production uses the famous stories of Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk, Little Red Riding Hood and Rapunzel flawlessly tied together by the new story of the Baker and his Wife. This amazing show takes the audience through many twists and turns as the fates of all the characters unfold and they are forced to deal with the consequences of their “happily ever afters". In December, the college will present Rogers and Hammerstein's Cinderella on Dec. 3, 4, 11 at 7:30 p.m. and Dec. 4, 5, 11, 12 at 2 p.m. Fun for the entire family! The TMCC Concert Choir will perform on Dec. 15 at 7 p.m. Join us as the TMCC Choir celebrates the holiday by bringing you fun holiday music from many different cultures. Admission is free and donations are welcome
The TMCC Nell J. Redfield Foundation Performing Arts Center (RPAC) is located at 505 Keystone Ave. in Reno. Tickets for performances will be sold at the door prior to each performance. Music concerts are free.
