Room Equipment Search

Overview

Information Technology Services at TMCC developed an online tool for faculty and staff to help them discover the new instructional technology that is available. The tool was developed in collaboration with application services, media services and Web services.

Searchable Equipment

The online room equipment search tool provides the user with the ability to see what technology exists in each of the "smart" classrooms, labs and some conference/meeting rooms at all TMCC sites. The user can search by location or by equipment type and is presented with a general description of the equipment, photos of the equipment and the operating manuals.

Smart Classroom Note: In addition to the online information about the equipment in this room, you can also find instructions for using the equipment on index cards that are hanging on the wall near the instructor station.
