Off-Campus Job Board: Job Submittal

Please read the following instructions carefully.

When posting job positions, it is important to follow these guidelines:

  • All fields are required. Do not skip any field. Please enter "NA" in those fields that do not pertain to you.
  • Do not use all CAPS. Use both upper and lower case letters for easy readability.
  • Do not use bullet lists. Please use short descriptive sentences when explaining duties/qualifications. Be sure to provide a thorough and accurate job description.
  • Specify either an hourly or yearly salary (not both); Do not use ranges.
  • Submit within 20 minutes. Leaving this page open for longer then 20 minutes, without submitting, may cause the page to "time out" on the server resulting in a loss of your data.

We will review your job submittal to determine if it is appropriate to advertise to our students before it goes live. This process could take up to 48 hours.

Fill in either Hourly or Yearly, but NOT both (fill in one and leave the other zero (0):

(i.e. 9.00)  OR  (i.e. 30,000 = 30000)

Do not use salary ranges, use the low end salary figure. If needed, explain a variable salary in more detail using the Qualifications field.
