What is the difference between ITO and ITS? 
ITO (information technology operations) is responsible for managing and maintaining the operations of the network and servers at the college. They also operate the help desk.
ITS (information technology services) is responsible for managing all of the data (student, employee and financial) that the college processes. ITS also manages and maintains the smart classroom technology and the college's Web site. In addition, ITS produces and maintains software solutions throughout the college, i.e. Gradebook, PLARP and WebCollege.
