Some people may find the many features and new terminology daunting at first but this will subside as you become familiar with the system. Although this web site explains most of the features in detail, the best way to learn what voice mail can do for you is to explore the menus. You may call and utilize all voice mail features from any touch-tone telephone, including those off-campus. Be sure the phone you use is touch-tone, as some push button phones use pulse dialing and will not work. Also, some touch-tone phones assign "features" to the # and * keys; typically these features are redial and mute. Phones that use the # and * key in this manner may not work correctly when using the voice mail system.
TMCC's voice mail system is a state–of–the–art, digital voice mail system.
