Currently, the Microsoft office suite supported by TMCC is Microsoft Office XP and Office 2003; the operating systems supported by TMCC are Windows XP Professional.

End–User License Agreement for Microsoft Software

Truckee Meadows Community College has entered into a campus license agreement with Microsoft Corporation. The terms of this agreement allow for TMCC faculty and staff to use the software at home on one (1) personal computer. Staff/Faculty users DO NOT own the license or the CDs, rather they are authorized to use the licensed software and media for school-related purposes only pursuant to the terms and conditions of the license(s) granted to the TMCC for the term of the TMCC's agreement with Microsoft. Specifics of the campus licensing agreement which each user is held responsible for adherence can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/Education/CASADocuments.mspx.

Any TMCC faculty or staff member who uses the Microsoft software for work at home use must sign this license agreement.

Microsoft License Agreement — Summarized

Run any prior version of the Software.

• Make and retain one copy of any licensed product for back-up or archival purposes.
• Upon termination of employment at Truckee Meadows Community College, delete all copies of the Software, including back-up or archival copies.
