Xerox Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

TMCC has a network of Xerox copier/printer/scanners distributed on all college sites. These copiers are networked to allow printing directly to the Xerox copier from your desktop computer as well as the ability to scan documents the Xerox copier and send them to the network for later retrieval from your desktop computer. Listed below are links to answer frequently asked questions on specific uses of the Xerox system in conjunction with the Xerox billing system managed by Central Services:

Technical Problems with the Xerox

If you experience problems with the Xerox, i.e., needs a new printer cartridge, needs paper, cannot clear a paper jam, etc., contact one of the TMCC key operators. If no one is available, you can contact the Xerox service center yourself by calling the contact number shown in the TMCC Xerox Key Operators document.
