  • Student Technical Support: Account activation and password reset support
  • Online Proctoring: Staffing support of proctoring hours
  • Academic Computing:
    • Lifecycle replacement of computers:
      • 210 Windows-based computers over four years old will be replaced with Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 3.16 GHz Windows computer systems with 4 GB RAM. Includes 44 Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 2.13 GHz Windows laptop systems with 4 GB RAM and 14.1 screens
      • 20 Macintosh computers over four years old will be replaced with Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 2.8 GHz Macintosh computer systems with 8 GB RAM and 27-inch monitors
    • Printer (networked and duplex) lifecycle replacements for academic labs (five each - locations below)
  • Media Services:
    • Lifecycle replacement of multi-media, distance education and video switching equipment and associated cabling and lamps
    • Sonic alarms for Media Services to protect LCD Projectors from theft
