Information Technology Operations (ITO)

The Information Technology Operations (ITO) department provides networking, wiring, telecommunications, and technical support for TMCC.

ITO furnishes support services to over 970 faculty and staff. Services range from installing and repairing telephones to maintaining network connectivity and servers to setting up desktop computer configurations and troubleshooting computer problems. ITO supports over 100 academic computer labs which provide technology access to over 12,000 students at five geographical locations in Reno, Nevada.
