Microsoft Home Use Program

TMCC employees are eligible to purchase a licensed copy of Microsoft® Office for Windows and Macintosh operating systems, via the Microsoft Software Assurance Home Use Program (HUP). This program enables you to install and use Microsoft Office on your home computer for $9.95 (plus fulfillment fee). Only one HUP license can be purchased per person, and cannot be transferred.

You may continue using HUP software while still under TMCC employment. You are responsible for the removal of HUP software once employment has been terminated.

To access the Microsoft Home Use Program Web site:

  1. Go to
  2. Select the country to which you want your order shipped, and choose the language for viewing the order web site.
  3. Enter your TMCC email address, and insert the TMCC program code. Note: This program code is assigned to our organization for our sole use in accessing this site. You may not share this number with anyone outside the TMCC organization.
  4. Place your order online and it will be shipped to the location you have chosen. Please note that a fulfillment fee will be charged to cover packaging, shipping, and handling costs.

NSHE Licensed Software

The Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) has licenses for the following software to which TMCC faculty and staff can gain access:

  • MiniTab
  • SAS
  • SPSS
