Instructions

Our online service request system offers the ability to submit work requests to several departments, browse the IT Knowledge Base for common technical solutions, reset your TMCC network password and review existing work requests with ease.

After submitting a work request, you will generally receive an email response within one business day.

To get started, please select a department below:

Facilities Services Video Production Media Services Special Events IT Customer Service

  • Facilities Services: request assistance from custodial, grounds and maintenance.
  • Video Production: request videotaping for instructional purposes or video taping of campus activities.
  • Media Services/Special Events: request smart-room assistance, audio/visual equipment setups and special event coverage.
  • IT Customer Service: report problems related to user accounts, software or computers.
