Biography

Born and raised in Southern California (where she left her heart - loves and misses the ocean!), Linda completed high school and college - ASU for 3-years and NAU for 1-year - in Scottsdale, AZ. Her academic background is an English Major with a Spanish Minor in College of Education. After her studies, she moved back to California to re-connect with the ocean and work. A ski vacation brought Linda to Nevada - permanently! Worked, then back to school she went, UNR, while working at the Flamingo Hilton (10-years). Prior to joining TMCCHS, Linda substitute taught English and Spanish for 6 years; dedicated 5-years as Secretary, Discipline Office, at Reed HS, and then, as she states: "by a great stroke of luck, "found" TMCC HS!" A few things she's crazy about are golf, aerobics, water, snow skiing, hiking, swimming, dance, gardening, loves to read and is a devoted doggie mom!
