Making a Bequest to TMCC

You may make a bequest to Truckee Meadows Community College by naming the TMCC Foundation as a beneficiary of your estate through your will or trust agreement. We recommend that you consult with legal counsel to ensure that the proper language is included in your will or trust agreement (sample below).

Your will or trust may include a variety of gift forms:

  1. cash, stocks, bonds, real estate, or personal property
  2. a specified percentage of your estate
  3. the balance of your estate after attending to family members
