Student Success Story:
Dorothy Maynard, General
Manager, Coldwell Banker
Select Real Estate of Nevada
“I’d been a property manager for
25 years, so I thought the Property
Management 30 Years in 24 Hours
class would be a waste of my time.
I was pleasantly surprised. It was
well-organized and very informative. I
have referred countless staff members
to take this class. As the supervisor
for our Nevada staff, it is nice to know
that when I send someone to it, they
will have a better understanding of
property management as a whole.”
“I feel completely prepared for
the state exam and I’m confident
I will pass the exam on my first
