This classwill discuss the establishment of goals, policy development and implementation of plans for land use in various geographic
areas. The use ofGIS/GPS systems for data gathering and analytical toolswill be discussed aswell as their use to track resource scarcity
and environmental deterioration problems. This is a lecture class. It is the prerequisite toAdvancedGIS/GPS for architects, engineers and

GreenhouseManagement

This course covers greenhousemanagement from the construction of the greenhouse itself, to the harvesting of the plants grownwithin it.
Studentswill learn how to control the environment in the greenhouse, how to pasteurize soils andwhich are the best plants to propagate.
