Themanufacturing technologies,machining emphasis
AASdegreeprogram, is a two-year programdesigned
toprovide training and technical job skills to students
seeking employment and/or skill upgradeswithin the
manufacturing andmachine trades. Theprogram is
competency-based, requiring students to complete a
varietyof hands-on learning exercises ranging from
manuallymachinedprojects to advancedmulti-axis
CNC tasks. This program is offered in aflexibleopen-
entry/open-exit format to respond to theneeds of
industry and theworkingprofessional.

Students completing thedegreewill:
• Fulfill the requirements of theAssociateofAppliedScience.
• Demonstrate competency in their specified emphasis.
