This is a two-year transferableprogram leading to an
associateof sciencewith an emphasis indietetics.The
curriculum includes an emphasis in thenutritional,
biological andphysical sciences.All recommended
courses partially satisfy thebachelor of science in
clinical dietetics at theUniversityofNevada, Reno.
If the studentwishes to seek a credential as aDietetic
Technician, Registered (DTR), the following courses
shouldbe added, from theAASdietetic technician
degree: CUL100,NUTR100,NUTR233,NUTR243,
NUTR244,NUTR291,NUTR292, andNUTR293.
