Non-Agency Sponsored Registration

This form is intended for those who wish to attend NWCG Wildland Fire Workshops and who are not currently being sponsored by an agency. If you are currently sponsored by an agency, do not use this form; please use the registration form for agency-sponsored students.

Instructions

Non-agency sponsored students who meet course qualifications and training will be accepted to the requested course; however, they must certify they are eligible to take the classes they want to enroll for and be able to provide proof of eligibility, if necessary.

You will be registered in the class you are requesting upon completion of 1) this form and 2) proof of payment. Please refer to the Non-Agency Process for more information on how to submit your payment.

Cancellation Policy

If a workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be notified and given the option of attending another class of the same monetary value OR of obtaining a refund. If a workshop is cancelled due to unexpected College closure (i.e., weather conditions) and cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be issued.

Attendance

If your name does not appear on the class sign-in sheet, you must immediately visit us at 18600 Wedge Parkway, Building B, room 124. Failure to do so may result in not obtaining your NWCG Certificate.

Certification

Signed certificates are validation of class completion and a passing grade. Additionally, TMCC Wildland Fire Program keeps all student information regarding NWCG classes for one year after date of completion of the class.
