Applicants for our "Que Llueva Café" Scholarship may not be current college students. Applicants must be or will be a high school/GED graduate who will enroll for the first time in an accredited college or university in the U.S. or Puerto Rico.
The scholarship is open to all states in the U.S. including Puerto Rico. |
