Curriculum Projects Application (CurCom)
The CurCom application provides the college community and Curriculum Committee with a means of creating, changing and reviewing curriculum proposals and projects. Duplicate paper copies for multiple people are eliminated as committee members can now log in to this central repository and view action items. -
Distinguished Faculty Awards Nomination
TMCC Faculty and Staff may nominate individuals who have made outstanding achievements at TMCC. Nominators must be TMCC employees. -

Faculty Senate Travel Requests
This is the Travel Request form for Faculty to submit to the Professional Standards Committee. All pages, including the Travel Request, need to be completed. -

Form C - Template for Academic Proposals
This is the actual form used to outline the new (or changes to an existing) degree, program, certificate, or emphasis. -
Form D - Proposal for Deactivating/Eliminating of Certificate of Achievement, Emphasis or Degree
This is the form that is used to deactivate or eliminate a degree, program, certificate, or emphasis. It should be noted that this form uses all of the elements of the current NSHE deactivation form -

Sabbatical Leave Application
**Due to budgetary constraints, sabbatical applications will not be accepted for the 2009-10 academic year.** The Truckee Meadows Community College Sabbatical Leave Program affords a faculty member (as defined by the NSHE Code) the opportunity to improve his/her individual effectiveness in the college in line with TMCC's philosophy, purpose and objectives. Faculty members on sabbatical leave are expected to undertake curriculum and/or program development, work experience, a project, or other program of study or research directly related to their responsibilities at the college.
