Heartsaver CPR Workshop
Note: This workshop is typically conducted for groups at their work site.
The Heartsaver CPR course teaches CPR and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO) to all lay rescuers, particularly those who are expected to respond to emergencies in the workplace. Also included is mouth-to-mouth ventilation and rescue breathing using a barrier device which are typically used for CPR in the workplace. This course may be modified to meet your particular needs and may be taught in the following disciplines:
- Adult/Child CPR and choking (FBAO) only; $35
- Infant and Child CPR and choking (FBAO) only; $35
- Adult, Infant, and Child CPR and choking (FBAO); $40
The course teaches mouth-to-mouth ventilation and rescue breathing using barrier devices that are typically used for CPR in the workplace. This course can also train laypersons to serve as rescuers in the community, but is primarily designed for participants who are required to attend a CPR course for the workplace. A course completion card is provided to participants after successful completion of the course.
This course can be conducted on a TMCC site or for scheduled groups at their workplace.
