This appeal shall be filed with the Disability Resource Center (DRC) within 14 working days of meeting the DRC Director. An appeal committee will be formed to review the Director’s decision and determine if the requested accommodations are warranted.
A written resolution shall be issued to the student no later than 21 working days after the filing date of this document. Students may appeal the decision using the TMCC Human Resources Office discrimination complaint process.
