What Do Dental Laboratory Technicians Do?

Dental Laboratory Technicians fabricate restorations in the lab setting to be used in the dental office. Implants, veneers, crowns and dentures are examples of the types of restorations made by the technician. Technicians are critical to the dental office in providing products that allow a dentist to restore patient health and esthetics.

Technicians can work for established labs, or become independent business owners.
