Culinary Arts Degree and Certificates

TMCC offers three opportunities for college degrees and career advancement in culinary arts:

• An associate of applied science degree in culinary arts
• A certificate of achievement in culinary arts
• A certificate of achievement in culinary arts, baking and pastry emphasis

An associate's degree requires a two-year commitment if you attend full-time. A certificate of achievement requires a commitment of one year if you attend full time. Many courses are offered so that students can work and attend TMCC part-time.
