Criminal Justice
Welcome Prospective Travelers!
Join us on our six-day tour of London, the birthplace of modern policing.
Explore the home of the London Metropolitan Police, the "Old Bailey" courts, Scotland Yard and the Tower of London. Enjoy a pint in a London Pub, view the Rosetta Stone in the British Museum, watch the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace, trace the crime scenes of Jack the Ripper through the West End, explore Windsor Castle, and experience the grandeur of St. Paul's Cathedral and Westminster Abbey. Take an optional tour of Stonehenge and Bath or attend a medieval banquet.
Don't want the excitement to end? Sign up for the optional two-day extension and ride with us from London on the high-speed Eurostar train under the English Channel directly to Paris. (There should be less thrills than what Tom Cruise had on the Eurostar in Mission Impossible.) While there is not enough time to trace all the steps of the DaVinci Code, we will continue to the Louvre Museum to visit the Mona Lisa in addition to seeing the Eiffel Tower, the banks of the Seine, the Champs-Elysées, the Arc de Triomphe and finally Notre Dame Cathedral.
There are two ways to be part of the adventure:
1. Sign up with EF Tours online now and later enroll in TMCC's CRJ 298 London Tour class in summer 2006 to earn three college credits. Use the TMCC class Web site to help prepare for the trip.
2. Sign up for the trip with EF Tours. No enrollment into a TMCC class is mandatory; the tour is open to everyone (college students, non-students, friends and spouses). The only things required are a passport and the desire to have a great time in summer 2006.
We are scheduled to leave Reno on Monday, May 22, 2006 and return on either Saturday, May 28 or Tuesday May 30.
Go to www.eftours.com for more information, a complete itinerary, and to sign. The code for the London City Tour is Tour # 371218. The code for both the London City Tour with the Paris extension is Tour # 371251. EF Tour has a choice of payment options, including an installment program, to assist you in making the trip financially possible.
We are looking forward to exploring London and Paris with you in summer 2006. For additional information, please contact us.
