Planning and Resource Allocation Council Committee

Purpose

The Planning and Resource Allocation Council provides constituency-based support in the development of the college's annual strategic plan. Specifically, it:

  • Reviews and recommends institutional planning assumptions which provide a framework upon which units of the college can establish goals and objectives as a part of the annual planning process.
  • Reviews resource requests brought forward as priorities by the college senior staff composed of the president, vice president of academic affairs, vice president of finance and administrative services and the chief of student services.
  • Recommends allocation plan based on available resources and capacity.
