TMCC's Renewable Energy Monitoring

TMCC offers a Construction Technologies Associate of Applied Science degree with an emphasis on renewable energy. It also provides the training necessary for renewable energy professionals.

TMCC has installed (2) solar arrays and (2) wind turbines at two of our sites that are used as tools to provide hands on training in the renewable energy program.

Check out the links below to the monitoring programs associated with those installations.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

TMCC and NV Energy have teamed up to provide the college with two Verdek Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. They are located on the South side of the Vista Building on the Dandini Campus. You must register on the Charge Point website and receive a free Charge Point card in order to use the units. Their website shows over 3,000,000 locations where you can charge your E.V. In addition, there is a Charge Point App for Android and Apple devices.
