Cafeteria Contract Management
Central Services manages the food services contract with Chartwells for TMCC.
Our responsibilities include:
- Monitoring operating costs and efficiencies
- Managing the subsidy account
Chartwells has the right of first refusal for all College catering events on the Dandini campus. You must use Chartwells' services for all campus catering events unless the Food Services Director, Patrick Dunham, releases you from the contract commitment.
