The Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree is a non-transfer degree designed for students who seek employment and/or
certification in their chosen academic and/or career emphases.

Certificate of Achievement
For students desiring a shorter course of study, TMCC
offers certificates of achievement in many occupational areas.
Certificate of achievement candidates must meet all the general
education requirements in addition to the specific courses
outlined for the program. The maximum number of cooperative
education credits that can be applied to a certificate is 16. Only
six credits of Special Topics 198 can be applied to a certificate.
