What should I do if I have taken the prerequisites and still can't get into the class? back to top

If you have taken the prerequisites listed for a course and are not allowed to register, please bring or fax a copy of your unofficial transcripts or DARS report to the Business Studies office in SIER 202, Fax # 775-674-7514. Please print on your transcript your name as it appears on the TMCC roster, the class you would like to take and a telephone number where you can be reached during business hours. Someone will contact you about getting into the course after we receive your transcript.

TMCC has General Access labs at the Dandini campus, Meadowood campus and Redfield campus for student use.

How can I register for a class? back to top

You can register for classes online. Admissions and records or the Starting Point can help online, or contact the Starting Point for additional assistance.

How can I get in touch with an instructor? back to top

Try the online faculty and staff directory first or call TMCC's main information number at 775-673-7000. Part-time instructors do not have assigned offices, although messages can be dropped off in the Red Mountain Building, room 315, or left at the main information phone number at 775-673-7000.

Is there a Bookstore where I can purchase my textbooks? back to top

Yes, there is a campus bookstore where you can purchase textbooks and other class related items. You can also access the bookstore online to purchase your textbooks.
