Auto Insurance
Insurance coverage, accident procedures and forms related to TMCC-owned vehicles, personal/privately owned vehicles, and rented vehicles are listed at BCN Risk Management's website.
Contract Insurance
Insurance procedures related to contractual matters are posted on the contracts Web page.
Employee Work-Related Injury
If the matter involves a TMCC employee's work-related injury, please notify the TMCC Public Safety and Police Department. Related forms and procedures are posted on BCN Risk Management's website.

Field Trips
Field trip information including insurance related to accidents, travel and student waiver forms are listed at BCN Risk Management's website. Field trip and activity release Forms should be completed when applicable and are posted online.
Inventory Changes
Reporting of inventory changes due to accidents, theft and other losses must be coordinated through the Central Services Inventory Manager. Procedures and forms are posted online.
Scheduling Office Forms and Procedures
Required procedures and forms for scheduling college, non-college and student events at TMCC are posted at the room scheduling website.
Speaker Contracts and Insurance Requirements
In addition to the Scheduling Office forms and procedures, contracts and additional insurance documentation may be required for the event. For example if TMCC is paying for a speaker, a contract will be required, as well as insurance-related documentation. The Guest Speaker and Independent Contractor forms with instructions are posted online.
Student Accidents, Liability Insurance and Student Groups
Procedures regarding student accidents, liability insurance, student groups and related forms are listed at BCN Risk Management's website. TMCC does not provide student health insurance, but students may purchase optional health insurance 
.
Volunteers
Anyone scheduling an event involving volunteer(s) should inform the Human Resources Office and follow any applicable volunteer forms and procedures.
