Scheduling Office Forms and Procedures
Required procedures and forms for scheduling college, non-college and student events at TMCC are posted at the room scheduling website.
Speaker Contracts and Insurance Requirements
In addition to the Scheduling Office forms and procedures, contracts and additional insurance documentation may be required for the event. For example if TMCC is paying for a speaker, a contract will be required, as well as insurance-related documentation. The Guest Speaker and Independent Contractor forms with instructions are posted online.
Student Accidents, Liability Insurance and Student Groups
Procedures regarding student accidents, liability insurance, student groups and related forms are listed at BCN Risk Management's website. TMCC does not provide student health insurance, but students may purchase optional health insurance .
Anyone scheduling an event involving volunteer(s) should inform the Human Resources Office and follow any applicable volunteer forms and procedures.
