Application Services
Steps for Requesting a Project
Steps for requesting a project with application services:
Talk to us! The easiest way to gauge the scope and viability of your project is to run it by our director, Steve Zideck, or our user consultant, Kelly Ogilvie.
Fill out a project request questionnaire (PRQ). After the questionnaire is reviewed by the department, you will get a chance to meet with our user consultant and a programmer to discuss the project.
The project is reviewed by the ITS director (Steve Zideck) and is presented at the next administrative computing committee meeting. You will be able to "market" your idea to the committee before it is ranked and prioritized.
After your project is ranked and prioritized, you will meet with the user consultant to discuss project specifications.
Depending on the project, you will be involved in design, development, testing and implementation.
