  • PDF iconITS Project Request Questionnaire (PRQ)
    The project request questionnaire (PRQ), is to formalize a request to develop a college need. It's important to also realize that once the questionnaire form is sent to and received by the ITS director, the form itself is no longer used; the information is used to create a project brief which will, then, be used during an in-person meeting between the project requester and the ITS director and his dedicated team members.
