Fees, Tuition and Other Charges Subject to Change Without Further Notice
Notwithstanding currently posted tuition and fees, all fees, tuition or other charges which students are required to pay each semester are subject to increase by action of the Board of Regents at any time before the commencement of classes (primarily due to budgetary shortfalls). The amount you are charged at the time of registration is not a final bill and may be increased. You will receive a supplemental invoice for any additional amounts which the Board of Regents may impose. Fee changes put in place less then 30 days before commencement of classes will not be subject late fee penalties.

Important Instructions for Using Web-Reg
Web-Reg allows you to register for classes, pay semester fees and look at personal information maintained by the college.
In order to provide a secure environment, please follow these guidelines:
- Please remember your self-created Private PIN. Students will create a Personal/Private Identification Number (PIN) which is used with Web registration. If you have not already created a private pin, you will be asked to create your own PIN when using Web registration.
- Your default PIN consists of the last two digits of the year of your birth and two digits corresponding to your month of birth, such as May 1972 would be a PIN of 7205.
- Your new self-created PIN will consist of any 4 (four) numbers 0 through 9 (Zero to Nine). Once created, this new PIN will be used for all future Registration related activities. Please remember your private PIN.
- Use Microsoft Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox 1+ or Netscape 7+.
Only the student will know this PIN, so it is essential to remember it. NO ONE else will have access to this PIN, including the Admissions and Records office.
If you forget your PIN, come to Admissions and Records with a picture ID and your PIN will be temporarily reset back to its default setting. A new Private PIN will then need to be created again next time Web registration is accessed.
It is the student's responsibility to read the current Class Schedule and College Catalog, and be familiar with deadlines, policies, and procedures contained within the schedule, some of which may differ from previous semesters.
