Directions

  1. Enter Your Total Credits Previously Attempted and Current GPA unless you are:
    • A new student, then enter ZEROS or leave blank.
    • Calculating GPA without factoring in previous work and overall GPA, then enter ZEROS or leave blank.
  2. Enter each current class credit hour under Credit Hours and the expected grade under Letter Grade. Use TAB after each entry.
